Meg shot two short films this month. In "Astro," written and directed by Samuel Shrag, a 1970's Sci-Fi escapist fantasy looking at death through the lens of a young child, Meg plays mom to Valeria Cotto of "The Florida Project," trying to grapple with her husband's sickness and the difficulty of confronting loss. In "Remember Who We Are," written and directed by Eva Stald-Bolow, Meg plays a mother of 4 trying to hold her family together with hope and strength when her husband is hospitalized with a mental illness. Can't wait to see the finished products!

Meg is back in NYC! Meg is jumping right in as a Teaching Artist working with students all over the city, in partnership with ASTEP (Artists Striving to End Poverty), YANY (Young Audiences New York), Broadway Bound Kids, and LEAP.

Meg had a wonderful time working with Director Ed Wierzbicki and his team to shoot a scene for "Critical Moments," a film/webinar training series for UCONN Health and the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. "Critical Moments" portrays fictional family therapy sessions, training therapists to handle the toughest moments they'll ever face. Meg had a wonderful time working with a young actor and trained therapist to explore the story of a mother and child grieving the loss of their husband/father and losing touch with each other.

Meg is working with Groundswell Ensemble Theatre on the staged reading of Conviction, a new play by Alan Kramer. The play is part of the Hartford Public Library's focus on Stories of Incarceration, and tells the true story of James Tillman, a man who was wrongfully accused and incarcerated for almost 2 decades before being the first person in CT to be exonerated based on DNA testing. Meg plays Claire Robbins, James' attorney from the Innocence Project. Come check out the reading, and accompanying exhibitions, at the Hartford Public Library on April 27:

Meg shot the short film "Monsters Walk Among Us" back at her old alma mater Trinity College. Meg played Nikita Giffard, a government official with a secret, in this fun, futuristic sci-fi monster film.

Meg is thrilled to join the Gamm Theatre in their new space in Warwick, RI in the U.S. premiere of The Night Watch. This WWII-era London drama by Sarah Waters, adapted by Hattie Naylor, runs January 17th-February 10th.

This month, Meg starts rehearsals for "Masks and the Monster" with The Other Voice Theater Company, putting over a year's worth of devising work and exploration together for a workshop production. The production will perform at the historic Morris-Jumel Mansion in Manhattan October 16 - November 2. Meg is excited to be in the cast of the world premiere of A Most Dangerous Woman at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, directed by Richard Maltby, Jr. This play explores the life and works of novelist George Eliot, and Meg will play 10 characters, including 9 women from Eliot's works.

Meg is ready for summer and heading back to MaineStage Shakespeare in Kennebunk, Maine for its third season of outdoor Shakespeare! This summer, Meg will play Beatrice in "Much Ado About Nothing" and Osric/Player King/Cornelius in "Hamlet." She will also be back at the helm as Director of Education working with the most fearless and fun kids ever - the ShakeSTARS! campers.
